Depende de = It depends on

Depend, it's depend, depends, It depends of ... they are ALL WRONG!

These are the right ways to use the verb TO DEPEND:
Depende= It depends.
Depende de= It depends ON...
Dependiendo de= Depending on ...

Examples:
Do you work very hard? It depends. Sometimes I do, sometimes I don't.
When are you coming? Don't know, it depends on what time I finish work.
Depending on how many people join the trip, we'll either rent a car or travel by bus.
